Salary: Base ($150K – $180K) performance-based on target bonus.
Good earning potential on the variable part of the pay which includes cross-selling and upsells.

An ideal candidate will have the following experiences:
- Delivery manager experience managing multiple accounts.
- Adept at handling P&L with a successful delivery track record of managing multiple delivery teams.
- Expertise in farming within the account by building relationships (Revenue generation will be KPI)
- Retail and CPG Functional experience with technical acumen to drive proposal and delivery.
