Upon completion, participants receive a personalised assessment report with scores and insights.
2.2 Tech Sales Mastery Program
A structured training and development program designed to help professionals build and advance their IT sales skills.
Program details, curriculum, and pricing are available on the TALSMART website.
2.3 Assessment Reports
Personalised digital reports generated from assessment results, delivered to the participant and, where applicable, the organisation that commissioned the assessment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our Services are intended for professionals in the technology, IT, and sales industries, or individuals seeking to enter these fields.
4. User Accounts & Registration
Some features of our Services may require registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your account information updated
- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
TALSMART reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
5. Assessment Integrity & Conduct
When completing the IT Sales IQ Assessment, you agree to:
- Complete the assessment independently
- Not copy, reproduce, or share assessment content
- Not use unauthorised assistance
- Provide honest and genuine responses
Violations may result in disqualification, invalid results, or account suspension.
6. Payment & Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain Services require payment. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change with notice.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. TALSMART does not store full payment details.

- Assessment fees are generally non-refundable once started

7. Intellectual Property
All content, assessments, reports, branding, and technology are the exclusive property of TALSMART LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You may NOT:

- Use branding or trademarks without authorisation
- Extract or scrape data from the platform
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Impersonate others
- Send spam or malicious content
- Introduce viruses or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Engage in fraud or harmful activities
- Disrupt platform performance
9. Assessment Results — Important Disclaimer
THE IT SALES IQ ASSESSMENT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND SELF-EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY.
TALSMART does not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific outcome based on your results.
Assessment scores represent a point-in-time evaluation and should not be the sole basis for decisions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
TALSMART disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TALSMART LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Total liability is limited to the greater of:
- The amount you paid in the last 12 months
- USD $100
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TALSMART LLC from any claims or damages arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
- Submission of false information

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will go to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Plano, Texas.
You waive the right to:
- Jury trial
- Class action participation
16. Termination
TALSMART may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
All rights granted to you will immediately end upon termination.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining sections will still apply.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and TALSMART.
